I have provided peer conference organization and facilitation since 1992. Dissatisfied with the standard fixed format conference, I developed a new kind of conference; a conference where every participant has the opportunity to shape the conference so that it is personally meaningful and valuable. I explain how to do this in my forthcoming book: Conferences That Work: Creating Events That People Love, which will be published in 2009.
This web site provides a brief overview of peer conference process. I hope you find the content informative, and I welcome questions and comments. Ultimately, the best way to understand and appreciate a peer conference is to attend one—perhaps you will join the thousands of people who have enjoyed these events over the years!
